Personal-use license (all products except the Planner Toolkit)
When you buy a product you may:
- use and edit it for your own wedding and related celebrations (showers, parties, rehearsal dinner, honeymoon);
- print it for your own use;
- share a finished or filled-in copy with the people helping you plan, such as your partner, family, wedding party, vendors and venue.
You may not:
- resell, give away, upload, share or otherwise distribute the blank templates, or any part of them, whether edited or not;
- use them to serve clients as a wedding planner, coordinator or other business (that needs the professional license below);
- claim the templates or their designs as your own work, or sell products made from them.
The copyright in the templates stays with us. The license is for one household and cannot be transferred. If an order is refunded, the license for those files ends.
Professional (planner) license
The Wedding Planner Professional Toolkit includes a professional license. You may use and edit that toolkit in your own planning business (one business per license) and give each client a completed copy containing only that client's information. You may not resell, share or redistribute the blank templates, present them as your own product, or transfer the license. The personal-use products do not include client use. The toolkit does not include a client contract: have your own attorney prepare the contracts you use.
