These terms apply when you use this website or buy from The Evolving Thread. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we sell

Downloadable planning templates: spreadsheets, documents and printable PDFs. Nothing is shipped. Product pages describe what each file includes, the formats, and the software you need.

2. Prices, orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure page; we never see or store your card number. Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout. An order is complete when Stripe confirms payment.

3. Delivery

After payment you receive a link to your order page and an email with the same link. Download links stay active for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads per file. Keep your order link private: anyone who has it can download your files. Need new links? See the refund policy.

4. License

Your purchase includes a license to use the files, described on our license page. You do not own the copyright in the templates and may not resell, share or redistribute them.

5. Not professional advice

The templates are organizing tools. They are not legal, tax, financial or immigration advice. Sample numbers are examples, not quotes. Rules for marriage, travel, taxes and contracts vary by place and change over time, so check official sources and ask a qualified professional when it matters. A checklist that mentions contracts does not replace reading and understanding your own contract.

6. Software and compatibility

Files are designed for current versions of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and common PDF readers. They also work in Google Sheets and Docs with the limits noted on each product page. Other programs may display or calculate differently, and fillable PDFs may not save entries in every viewer.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, try to access other customers' orders or the admin area, interfere with the service, or use the files in ways the license does not allow.

8. Our responsibility

We work to make the files accurate and useful, but they are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost money, bookings or time from relying on a template), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing here limits rights you cannot lawfully give up.

9. Changes

We may update products, prices and these terms. The terms in effect when you order apply to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
